    We can help obtain temporary work authorization or immigration status in non-immigrant visa categories. We work with employers to determine the best options and solutions to meet both short term and long-term company goals. Services include H-1B, L-1, TN, O, E, and B visa classifications, dependent visas, independent work permits, student visas and related visa consular services.

  • Immigrant visas and permanent residence

    We can assist with the permanent residency process, including PERM labor certifications, outstanding researchers, extraordinary ability, multinational managers and national interest waivers, along with adjustment of status and consular processing.
