Will focuses his practice on business immigration matters, representing employers and foreign national employees pursuing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa sponsorship. He has substantial experience advising on temporary visas, including H, L, TN, E, O, and B classifications. He also assists clients in their efforts to become legal permanent residents (PERM, EB-1, Adjustment of Status) and U.S. citizens. Will has represented large corporations in various industries, including information technology, telecommunications, healthcare, mining, and engineering. He has also represented start-ups seeking to establish operations in the U.S. Before joining Mehlman Jacobs, Will worked in the business immigration practice of a global employment law firm, and also worked in-house on licensing and compliance matters for a large corporation.
Will has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Colorado College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He received The Honorable M. Joseph Blumenfeld Award for outstanding service as an advocate on behalf of clients in a clinical program (Immigration Clinic).
