Nicole M. Richard is a Senior Associate Attorney with Mehlman Jacobs LLP. She applies comprehensive knowledge of immigration laws and policies. She tirelessly represents the interests of her clients, achieving successful outcomes in complex scenarios. She enjoys partnering with in-house immigration teams, building compliant programs.

Nicole has 14 years’ experience with leading law firms in San Diego and San Francisco. She has represented a range of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500. She has served as Volunteer Attorney for Casa Cornelia Law Center and for the North County Immigration and Citizenship Center. Nicole was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services (2015, 2017) and recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2016, 2018-2019).

Nicole earned her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (French, Humanities, & Art) from the University of Arizona. She was admitted to the California Bar in July 2009.
