Meagan Kirchner
Meagan Kirchner is an Attorney at Mehlman Jacobs LLP. She has practiced Immigration law for over seven years. Her practice focuses on business immigration, particularly representing corporate clients pursuing H, TN, O, and L nonimmigrant classifications. Meagan also works with clients to assist them in pursuing lawful permanent residence (PERM, EB-1, and NIW). Meagan has represented clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, IT, engineering, and finance. Prior to joining Mehlman Jacobs, Meagan served with a prominent global Immigration firm, as well as a boutique firm in Northern Virginia.
Meagan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor degree from the George Mason University School of Law. Meagan is licensed to practice law in Virginia. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)..
