Born and raised in San Diego, California. Competitive, yet outgoing and friendly. Passionate about extreme sports and online video gaming. Husband and dog lover.

Jason Garchie is an Associate Attorney in our San Diego office. His practice focuses on business immigration, including PERM labor certification and both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for national and multinational corporate clients.

Jason received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2017 and is a member of the State Bar of California.

In law school, Jason focused on International Law. He participated in a study abroad program in Nice, France where he served as the Teaching Assistant for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ Comparative Constitutional Law course at Universite Nice Sophia Antipolis Faculté de Droit et Science Politique. Jason also competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition, the world’s largest moot court competition. Jason was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Business Transactions and upon graduation was received certification in Global Legal Studies.
