Dilnaz A. Saleem works closely with local, national and international clients to provide legal advice and counsel in all areas of U.S. immigration. She provides strategic direction and implements best practices for clients. She focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration, policy design and program management to align with clients' global business objectives.
Dilnaz offers strategic counsel multinational corporations on establishing immigration programs, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, government contractor regulations, and employment issues involving mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
In addition to her legal practice, Dilnaz is an active member in the State Bar of Texas and the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. She is a frequent speaker and publisher on numerous employment-based immigration topics. Dilnaz has a B.A. in Psychology and Business from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
