Varsha focuses her practice on corporate immigration matters, representing local, national, and international clients to provide legal advice and counsel on U.S. inbound nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. She provides guidance on all types of nonimmigrant visas including H, L, TN, E, and O classifications, among others. She also assists clients in their efforts at obtaining lawful permanent residence, including via PERM/Labor Certification, EB-1 petitions, National Interest Waivers, and Adjustment of Status, as well as guiding on Naturalization matters.
Varsha has represented a range of companies and their employees, from international O&G corporations and IT giants to start-up firms involved in Telecommunications, Construction and Engineering, Geophysical Exploration, Accounting, and Software Development. Prior to joining Mehlman Jacobs, Varsha practiced with a full-service global corporate immigration firm based in Houston, Texas.
